Can you come to us to provide training in our workplace?

Yes we are happy to train in your workplace to minimise travel time for your staff.

How long will it take to complete a course?

Most participants complete their course in around 15 months.

When are training sessions held?

We can start a course when your group is ready, and will organise session times and frequency to fit with the demands of the business.

Will the courses be relevant to our business?

Our facilitators will tailor the course to make sure content and assessment tasks are focused on your business issues and relevant to your situation.

Are there any exams or grades?

No, exams are not part of the assessment process, and grades are not given.

Assessment is competency based, where all learning is considered, regardless of whether it has come about through formal training, or workplace experience. Units of competency are completed as the learner demonstrates "Competency Achieved". Assessment methods include session activities, question/answer submissions, workplace projects, workplace observation, supervisor reports, and recognition of prior learning.

Assessment is aligned as much as possible to the learner's workplace, rather than a "one size fits all" theory.

We can give you some advice and put you in touch with the right people to assess eligibility.
